Biljana Mojsovska was born and lives in Skopje. She graduated from the Department of German Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. For the purposes of her postgraduate studies in Education Management, she is conducting a research for her master thesis on a topic related to world trends in Adult Education. She has been professionally active in the field of adult education and lifelong learning since 2001 and has gained a broad experience in implementation and management of projects for promotion of adult education and lifelong learning in Macedonia and South-Eastern Europe. She has been a member of a project team for the German NGO DVV International for 13 years and this project work contributed to her professional development in project cycle management.  For more than a year now, Biljana Mojsovska is a team leader and a project coordinator for Macedonia and SEE. She is one of the founders of the NGO Lifelong Learning Center.

Snezana Dimitrovska is one of the founders of the NGO Lifelong Learning Center. She has a 20-year experience in project work. In the past 16 years she has been actively engaged as a team member in DVV International – a German project office for promotion of Adult Education and Lifelong Learning. Snezana Dimitrovska is a graduate in architectural engineering. She has developed her skills and qualifications in financial management through a variety of trainings and courses attended in the region and abroad and gained a rich experience through professional engagement in accounting and financial planning analysis for almost 20 years now. As a member of a project team, she has professionally developed and improved in preparation, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects related to Adult Education and Lifelong Learning.

Andrea Arsovska was born in Kočani in 1986 and has been living in Skopje since 2005. She graduated from the Department of German Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. She has gained experience in project work as a volunteer during her studies. In the past year she has worked as an administrative assistant for the projects for DVV International. Since the founding of the NGO Lifelong Learning Center, Andrea Arsovska is working as a project assistant. So far she has gained experience in organization, preparation and implementation of seminars, conferences and other events related to Adult Education and Lifelong Learning, as well as office management and administration, with focus on translations from German and English.

Liljana Tanevska has an extensive professional and academic career. She has been on management positions in international organisations on various development projects in Macedonia and abroad. Her working experience is mostly focused on research including research activities based in Denmark, as well and conducting training activities in the frame of various projects financed by EU. She holds a master degree in Comparative European Development obtained in the University of Trento, University in Regensburg, Corvinus University in Budapest and University in Ljubljana. She has been participating in various international conferences linked to development and development policies among which conferences organised by OECD, UN and ILO. Focus of her interest is integrated local development including factors that determine it mostly like green growth, sustainability, social aspects and their linkages with the fiscal policies on local level. She is engaged in higher education.
