Project "Lifelong@Learning"

Lifelong Learning Center is implementing partner in the Project Lifelong@Learning which is financed by Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. The project is part of the Programme’s key action (KA2) – Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices with strategic partnership for adult education which main objective is development of innovations.

Apart from Lifelong Learning Center project involves four other partners: Community Development Institute from Tetovo, Macedonia which is a coordinator of the project, Volkshochschule Hannover from Hannover, Germany, La Ligue De L’enseignement from Paris, France and Inercia Digital from Huelva, Spain.

The main objective of the project “Lifelong@learning - LL@L” is to develop an educational guide for fostering the implementation of online-learning on the basis of exchanging good practices between the partners and the pilot-training with educators and trainer. The proposed course is based on good distance learning and teaching practices and is the outcome of the combination of methodologies deriving from the multidisciplinary approach of the members of the partnership as well as from the experience gained during the teaching in the various participating countries.

So LL@L helps educators and trainer with the open innovation online guide for:

 • Developing a new approach to adult education and training which focuses on learning outcomes and learner responsibility and autonomy;

 •  Ensuring flexible arrangements adapted to different training needs of adults, including in-company training and workplace-based learning;

 • Making better use of ICT in the context of adult learning, as a means of widening access and improving the quality of provision

E- Learning plays a more and more important role in the further education.  People who want and needs further education very often are not able to participate in face-to-face courses: Women or men with young children, employees in shift-work, people in responsible jobs that works not only in the regular time are some of them. But unfortunately distance-learning is very often not carried out successful. Dropout and lack of learning outcomes are reported. The project Lifelong@learning will contribute for improvements in implementation and success of e- learning.

The project started on 1st September 2016 and will end on 28th February 2018.
